Top Ten Most Popular Recipes of 2020

It's so fun to see what the most popular recipes are every year and I was honestly surprised by a few, but I'm so glad they're on here! This is a good balance of sides, dinner ideas and desserts. My kind of list! I hope you find some time to try them soon!

10. Air Fryer Honey BBQ Chicken Fingers - I'm still in love with my air fryer over here and these were such a fun recipe to create! Everybody loves a good, saucy chicken finger and this honey BBQ sauce is perfection. It's also a semi-homemade recipe so it's super easy!
9. Italian Wedding Soup - I love that this recipe made the top ten! It's such a delicious and hearty soup that will fill you right up. It has so much flavor and the meatballs are extra yummy. Be sure to try it out this winter!
8. No-Fuss Rustic Bread - I love this recipe! I have an amazing overnight artisan bread recipe on the blog, but it does require a Dutch oven to bake it in. This rustic bread does not! All you need is a baking sheet and only a few hours to yield this crusty loaf. So, so good!
7. Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie with Oat Crumble Topping - This was my first year ever baking with rhubarb and I'm hooked. And apparently so are you! This pie is unreal. It's sweet and tangy with the best oat crumble topping. You have to make it this summer!
6. Salted Chocolate Caramel Rice Krispies Treats - I made these for the Super Bowl last year and they were a huge hit! They have the most amazing salted chocolate and gooey caramel layer. Extra decadent and extra delicious.
5. Soft Rhubarb Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting - I love that there is another rhubarb recipe on this list! These cookies were amazing. The cookie base was incredibly good on its own, but the rhubarb made these cookies extra special. The cream cheese frosting balanced out the tang of the rhubarb and made them perfect.
4. Baked Cheesy Tomatillo Dip - There's nothing better than a good dip! This cheesy tomatillo has everything good in this world: tomatillos, cheese, cilantro and jalapeños. It's the perfect dip for any occasion and so good with tortilla chips!
3. Banana Bread Snack Cake - I loved this unique twist on banana bread! The bread itself is so soft and the sugar sprinkled on top creates the perfect crackly texture. It's easy for this pan to be gone in minutes!
2. Roasted Sweet Potato Spinach Salad - I'm honestly surprised this is in the #2 spot, but it was also one of my favorite recipes of the year! The flavor and texture combo was perfect. I loved the warm sweet potatoes with the cold lettuce. So unique and so flavorful!

And the most popular recipe of 2020 is...
1. Slow Cooker Sweet Pork (Costa Vida or Cafe Rio Copycat) - Everyone loves their sweet pork! I myself am a huge Costa Vida fan and will probably always be. There's something extra special about sweet pork and I love that you can make it at home with this recipe! It's perfect in burritos, tacos, salad, rice bowls, etc.
