Air Fryer Honey BBQ Chicken Fingers

You all know how much I love my air fryer, right? It's seriously the coolest kitchen gadget. I have been wanting to air fry some chicken fingers for a while now because I don't think there's anything cooler than eating something that tastes deep-fried when it's not. Enter these chicken fingers that are so easy to bake and irresistible when they're covered in honey bbq sauce! These paired so well with my pressure cooker mashed potatoes and could also be served dipped in ranch if you're feeling extra ambitious.

Air Fryer Honey BBQ Chicken Fingers
2 lbs. frozen breaded chicken tenders (I used this brand)
1 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey

1. Spray the basket of the air fryer with non-stick spray and line with frozen chicken tenders making sure they don’t overlap. (You will need to cook them in batches.)
2. Insert basket and set air fryer to cook at 400 degrees F for 6 minutes. Flip each chicken over and cook for 6 more minutes.
3. Meanwhile in a medium saucepan over low heat, whisk BBQ sauce, ketchup, and honey until heated through.
4. When chicken is done, roll each chicken tender in the pan of sauce and serve warm over mashed potatoes if desired.
