Parmesan Almond Crackers

I'm really excited to share this recipe with you guys today! I've been trying to eat healthier lately and these crackers make it so easy. They are low-carb, gluten free and have the BEST flavor. I could honestly eat an entire batch myself. They are so simple to make and come together in no time.
If you're looking for something to satisfy a salty craving without all the guilt, then these crackers are your answer! Also, the Everything Bagel Seasoning is totally optional, but it gives them so much flavor.

Parmesan Almond Crackers
Adapted from The Novice Chef Blog
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 large egg
Everything Bagel Seasoning, if desired (Trader Joe’s or homemade)

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. Whisk together the almond flour, garlic powder, salt and Parmesan cheese. Add the egg and mix until all ingredients are fully combined. (Using your hands is the easiest.) Create a ball with the dough. If the dough is still too crumbly, add 2 tsp. of water at time until it sticks together.
3. Place the dough on a 12x16-inch piece of parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper on top of the ball of dough.
4. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough into a thin layer approximately 1⁄4-inch in thickness.
5. Remove the top layer of parchment paper. Sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning if desired and gently press it into the top of the crackers.
6. Use a pizza cutter to cut/score the dough into small cracker sized squares. Place the dough with the bottom layer of parchment paper onto a large cookie sheet.
7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
8. Remove from oven and let cool 10 minutes. Break apart into crackers along the scored lines once crackers have cooled slightly. Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
