Pressure Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken

If you're anything like me, you love easy recipes and especially ones that taste amazing. This Honey Sesame Chicken is so flavorful, tender and perfectly filling. It's something your whole family will love and it comes together in no time thanks to your handy pressure cooker!
With only a few ingredients and some hot cooked rice on the side, this recipe makes a perfect weeknight meal that you'll want to make again and again.


Pressure Cooker Honey Sesame Chicken

2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. sesame seeds
cooked white rice, for serving

1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the pressure cooker.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic and oil. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken and toss to coat.
3. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Allow the pressure to natural release.
4. Remove chicken from the pot and shred on a plate.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water, then pour the cornstarch mixture into the sauce in the bottom of the pot. Turn on the sauté function and cook 1-2 minutes, whisking frequently, until thickened.
5. Toss the shredded chicken in the sauce. Serve hot over rice, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
