Sourdough Cinnamon Muffins

I am sooo excited to share these muffins with you guys! We are obsessed with them at our house and they are gone in a day so I definitely recommend making a double batch. First of all, I was able to get some sourdough starter from a friend and it's been so fun trying new recipes with it. These muffins take no time at all and the flavor is amazing. The sugar somehow goes to the edges and they become crunchy and delicious. It's hard to explain, but it's so good!
I mean, how soft and fluffy do these look?! And you can't taste the sourdough either. It just makes them so soft and fluffy. Plus it's good for your gut!
