Restaurant Review: El Chubasco Mexican Grill

A couple of weekends ago my husband and I ventured off with our baby to Park City for a little getaway. I've been to Park City every year as long as I can remember, but I had never really experienced much more than the Tanger outlets, which are awesome by the way and let's just say Park City has A LOT more to offer. Especially foodwise.

Park City was beaming with red, yellow and orange across the mountainside and perfect fall weather. You find the good stuff when you drive up into the heart of Park City near their famous ski resorts.
Main Street is quite the street with its colorful 19th-century style buildings, which I absolutely love. Overall it was a perfect place to go for a quick getaway and I would love to go back real soon.

I would love to have a vacation home here!
So back to the review...

Restaurant: El Chubasco Mexican Grill
Price: $
Atmosphere: Bright and clean
Best Part: Salsa Bar
Recommend: Mexican Style Asada Tacos and Horchata
Would I go again?: YES

El Chubasco was perfect for a quick Mexican food fix, which is my usual craving. I got the Mexican-style asada tacos (pictured above) and they were so good and very filling for only $5. My husband got the asada big burrito and could barely finish it, but he loved it as well.

My personal favorite was the horchata, which was AMAZING and only $2.

To top it off, every entree comes with a small basket of homemade tortilla chips to be enjoyed with salsa from their salsa bar. I'm a fan of a less mild salsa and there were only a couple "mild" choices, but they were yummy. Watch out for the mango salsa though. Very deceiving because it's VERY hot.

Overall, I loved this place and will definitely go back. Try it out!
