Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef

I don't know about you, but I don't thing there's anything better than a tender, slow-cooked roast for dinner. The traditional style roast is delicious, but this balsamic roast is out of this world! It's sweet, slightly tangy and has the best flavor. This meat is perfect alongside some roasted or mashed potatoes to soak up all of the extra juice. I hope you try this soon!

Slow Cooker Balsamic Beef

3-5 lb. beef roast (I use cross-rib, but you can use chuck, etc.)

1 cup beef broth

1/2 cup light brown sugar

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp. soy sauce

1 tsp. kosher salt

1 Tbsp. garlic, minced

1. Add broth, brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, salt and garlic to the slow cooker. Whisk until combined. Add roast and turn to coat in sauce.

2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Remove roast onto a plate and shred with two forks. Return to juices or serve with juice drizzled on top.
