Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

The first time I made this salsa chicken was last month when I was at my sister's house. We needed something to feed a crowd so we decided on making nachos. We were going to be gone at church for a couple of hours so I thought about making some slow cooker salsa chicken. Let's just say it was a big hit and I couldn't wait to make it again! This recipe only calls for THREE ingredients and the result is fantastic.
You can add the chicken to nachos, tacos, burritos, a salad, rice bowl, etc. Whatever suits your fancy! I am officially in love with this chicken and I think anyone that tries it will feel the same way.

Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken
16 oz. salsa
1 oz. package taco seasoning
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts

1. Pour salsa and taco seasoning into slow cooker and whisk to combine. Add chicken breasts and cover with lid.
2. Cook on low 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender.
3. Place each chicken breast on a large plate and shred using two forks. Return shredded chicken back to slow cooker pot and stir until coated with salsa.
3. Serve in tacos, burritos, nachos, rice bowls, salad, etc.
