Artichoke Caesar Pepperoni Pizza

I made this little guilty pleasure a few months ago and am just getting around to sharing it with you. My bad.

This pizza came about after a recent obsession with pepperoni and my continuing obsession with artichokes. I just can't get enough.

I wanted to switch up the sauce and since I had some caesar dressing in my fridge I figured, why not?

It turn out, the caesar dressing turns into a warm, creamy, flavorful sauce that pairs perfectly with artichokes and pepperoni. Bullseye. It's also one of the easiest gourmet pizzas you'll ever make.

Artichoke Caesar Pepperoni Pizza
Your favorite pizza dough
1/2 cup Caesar dressing (I used Cardini's)
1-2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (7.5 oz) jar marinated artichoke hearts, cut into thirds
20 slices of pepperoni, cut into thirds

1. Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
2. Prepare pizza dough and shape to fill a greased pizza pan. Place in oven for 3 minutes and remove.
3. Spread Caesar dressing evenly over pizza crust. Sprinkle mozzarella, artichoke hearts and pepperoni slices over pizza.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
