Healthy Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ok so this is Jordan's and my favorite recipe. Sweet potato fries are AMAZING! The spices in this recipe are what make these great, and they're healthy, too!

Healthy Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Serves: 2
1 medium sized sweet potato   
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder 
1/4 tsp. cumin powder
1 Tbsp. olive oil

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Wash, peel and cut the sweet potato into fries.
3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the rest of the ingredients and spread them on the lined baking sheet in a single layer.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them so they don't get burned.


  1. I had sweet potato fries last week at Joe's Farm Grill. Yum! We'll have to go there when you come to visit.
