Protein Cookie Dough Bites

One of the best ways to stay away from all of the sweet treats this holiday season is to make a batch of protein bites! They not only fill you up, but satisfy your sweet tooth with cleaner ingredients. These are SO addicting and good! They have the texture and taste of peanut butter cookie dough, but are so much healthier. These are also made with blended oats so you don't have to worry about eating raw flour. I highly recommend making these so you can curb those sugar addictions.

Protein Cookie Dough Bites

1 cup natural peanut butter (I love Adams creamy or crunchy)

1⁄2 cup raw honey

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 cup protein powder (vanilla or whatever flavor you like)

1 1⁄2 cups old-fashioned oats, blended to a fine powder

Pinch of kosher salt

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

1. Pour the peanut butter, honey and vanilla extract together in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment. Stir until combined.

2. In a separate bowl, add the protein powder, blended oats, kosher salt and chocolate chips. Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix well until combined.

3. Using a cookie scoop, scoop into balls of dough. Store in the fridge or freezer.
