The Best Turkey Meatballs

I've waited way too long to share this recipe and I have to tell you, it's one of my all-time favorites! These are literally the best turkey meatballs you will ever have. They are so moist and the bottom gets perfectly crunchy, which is honestly my favorite part. We love eating these plain, but they are amazing in other dishes as well. This is a recipe you're going to want to save to make time and time again!

The Best Turkey Meatballs

Adapted from Pinch of Yum

1 lb. ground turkey or chicken

1 egg

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1/2 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. onion powder

1/2 tsp. salt

1/8 tsp. black pepper

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well incorporated. (I love mixing meatballs in my stand mixer with the paddle attachment.)

3. Using a cookie scoop, measure out each meatball and place evenly on the baking sheet.

4, Bake for 20 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
