Everything Bagel Sourdough Crackers

This recipe has been a labor of love. I saw a recipe over on Amber's Kitchen (which is delicious) that used a completely different seasoning and I wanted to try something a little different. I had to remake this one sooo many times to get it just right. The end result is perfect though! These crackers are a great way to use up a lot of sourdough discard and they are so fun to make. They're crackers, but they don't have any extra flour in them! It just calls for four main ingredients and they are completely addicting! All you have to do is spread the mixture in a nice even layer on a lined baking sheet and bake away. If you love sourdough and Everything Bagel Seasoning then these are the crackers for you!

Everything Bagel Sourdough Crackers
3/4 cup runny sourdough discard
3 Tbsp. butter, melted and cooled (5 minutes in the fridge)
2 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning (store-bought or homemade), divided
2 tsp. grated parmesan

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
2. Pour sourdough discard into a small bowl with cooled, melted butter. Whisk until combined. 
3. Add 1 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning and grated parmesan into the mixture. Whisk to combine.
4. Spread mixture into an even 9x13-inch sized layer. (Spread it thick enough so you can't see the parchment paper underneath.) Evenly sprinkle 1 tsp. Everything Bagel Seasoning on top.
5. Bake for 10 minutes, remove from oven and score into bite-sized squares with a pizza cutter. Place back in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until crisp.
