Monterey Jack BBQ Burgers with In-N-Out Sauce

There's nothing better than being able to grill for the first time each year. I found this recipe on Pinterest and decided to try them out. Jordan and I grilled these burgers up at my parent's house one night and they were delicious! Full of flavor and so yummy! We especially loved the "secret" In 'n Out sauce smothered on the bun. Give these a try! They won't disappoint.
Monterey Jack BBQ Burgers with In-N-Out Sauce
                  1 lb. ground beef
                  hamburger buns
1/2 cup grated Monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray’s is great)
                  shake of season salt
                  shake of black pepper
                  shake of onion powder
                  toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc.

                  In ‘n Out Sauce
                  3/4 cup of mayo
                  1/4 cup ketchup
                  1/4 cup relish
                  2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
                  shake of season salt

                  1. Combine the ground beef, cheese, BBQ sauce and seasonings. Shape patties so they are about 1-inch thick. Push a ½-inch indent into the center of each patty to prevent them from forming a dome.
                  2. Heat up a grill and cook patties until done. Melt cheese on top if you’d like.
                  3. Butter the hamburger buns and grill for a minute or two until crispy.
                  4. For the sauce, combine all ingredients and whisk until well mixed.
                  5. Assemble the burgers and serve with sauce and various toppings.
